Third Federal is here to support you. If you live or work in a Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA)-designated disaster zone as a result of Hurricane Irma, you may be eligible for a loan concession if you cannot make your Third Federal loan payment. Call 1-800-THIRDFED for more information.

Also, for customers in FEMA-designated disaster zones, we are providing the following (no customer action required):

• Waiving/refunding Third Federal late fees on mortgage loans and home equity lines and loans
• Refunding Third Federal ATM fees.

If you are having trouble paying your loan, please call Customer Care at 1-800-THIRDFED M-F, 8:30 am – 5 pm and Sat, 8:30 am – 1:30 pm.
